AGM - Wednesday 15th May 2019

Dear Member,

As you will, no doubt, be aware, the last AGM of the Club decided that its charitable status should be changed. The net effect of this is that the “Old” charity will shortly cease to exist, with the Club being a CIO (a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.)

I am writing today to give you advance notice that the final Annual General Meeting of the “Old” charity and the first Annual General Meeting of the (CIO) will be held at WWT Washington Wetland Centre, Pattinson, Washington, Tyne and Wear, NE38 8LE on Wednesday 15th May 2019.

The AGM of the “Old” Charity will begin at 1900 hours with the AGM of the CIO following immediately thereafter.
