The latest Lek contained a Gift Aid form, unfortunately details of where to return the form were missing, this should be scanned and emailed to durhambirdclub@gmail.com or posted to the Treasurer, Durham Bird Club, 19 Shearwater, Whitburn, Sunderland, SR6 7SF. Where the form refers to donation this can be considered to be your annual membership fee.
