Club Quiz and Annual General Meeting, 2 August 2023

As some members will be aware, it proved impossible to complete the AGM originally called for 18 May. The resumed meeting will now take place at 7.00 p.m. on Wednesday 2 August at Washington Wetland Centre, Barmston Lane, Pattinson, Washington NE38 8LE, to be followed by a quiz put together by Mark Harper.

The meeting will include annual elections. It is vital for the future of the Club and the development of its activities that we should strengthen the Board of Trustees. At present several of the permitted twelve seats are vacant. A printable/downloadable form for nominations to the Board can be found here. The original deadline on this form can be ignored, but nominations must be received not later than midnight on Tuesday 1 August.
