DBC AGM, 18 May 2023 and Quiz arranged by Mark Harper

Planning is now underway for the 2023 Club Annual General Meeting, which will take place on Thursday 18th May at 7.00 p.m. at the Washington Wetland Centre, Barmston Lane, Pattinson, Washington NE38 8LE.

The documentation for the business part of the meeting will be added here over the next few weeks.and will be complete no later than 28 April, with most papers available well before that.

The meeting will include annual elections. It is vital for the future of the Club and the development of its activities that we should strengthen the Board of Trustees. At present several of the permitted twelve seats are vacant. A printable/downloadable form for nominations to the Board, to be received no later than Monday 24 April, can be found here.

Following the formal agenda there will be a quiz arranged by Club Trustee and Treasurer Mark Harper.
